CONDITIONS OF USE

 

1. New parts sold by the above mentioned are warranted only to the extent of the warranty furnished by law by the manufacturer of such parts.
2. Return goods will not be accepted unless authorized and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.B

Body and cab parts will not be accepted for return if authorization is requested later than 21 days from date of invoice.
3. Cores must be returned to the selling branch. Cores not returned within 21 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
4. Special factory orders and electrical are non returnable except upon such conditions as we may authorize. this would result in a higher restocking charge.
5. A minimum Invoicing charge of $5.00 plus applicable taxes applies to every order.
